Highlights of the day will include:

Tractor and trailer rides – Climb aboard for a fun-packed tour. We'll discover some of the farm's best kept natural secrets, exploring areas not usually open to the public. It’s an opportunity to gain a real insight into what’s growing in the field, find what creatures may be lurking in the undergrowth and what may be hiding in the trees. Who knows what we might find...? The tours will take place every hour from 11:30 and last around 45 minutes.

Britain's biggest bug hunt - Discover what pollinating insects there are in our fields and hedgerows and be part of the biggest ever on-farm survey. There'll be a bug scientist here to help work out we've found and put our findings through to the national survey taking place on 100s of farms across the UK. Who knows - you could discover and help preserve a rare and endangered species.

Meet the animals – Come and see the chicks! You may be able to hold them, as long as their mum doesn't mind. The lambs are here as well, so come and find out what they're up to.

Fantastic farm machinery - Ever wanted to sit in the driving seat of a mighty Claas combine? Now’s your chance. Other tractors and farm machinery, both old and new, big and small, and the huge farm sprayer will be on display to explore and experience. Grundons will also bringing up one its massive loading shovels from the quarry, laden with a huge stone.

Local food – Little Lodge will be open, serving up our delicious home-made cakes while you relax with a cup of tea or coffee. The first of this year's irresistable strawberry jam will also be on sale.
