Dog-walkers Saturday

Take the circular walk from Faringdon, enjoy the Wicklesham Nature Trail, and then drop in at Little Lodge for a hot chocolate and one of our delicious home-made cakes. We've biscuits and a bowl of water for your canine companion too.

A Little Lodge selection of preserves makes the perfect Christmas gift. If you buy three jars of jam or chutney, we'll add a raspberry jam or chutney for free (while stocks last)!

Grand plans

Little Lodge is getting bigger! Plans are now underway for a new building at Little Lodge. It'll be light and spacious and you'll still have those excellent views. But it'll be out of the wind, and whatever the weather brings, you'll be able to savour your Little Lodge treat.

NEW! Little Logs

Recent high winds sadly brought down one of our most majestic ash trees. The upside is that we now have plenty of the most fantastic firewood. Come and buy a bag for your open fire or wood-burning stove - our tree-replacement policy means it's come from a sustainable system that's doing its bit to tackle climate change.

Present for my teacher

What better way of saying thank you to your child's teacher than with a Little Lodge goody bag? Fill it with home-made jam, chutney or what about a jar of chilli jam? Alternatively treat them to some of delicious cakes. We'll wrap it up in our distinctive livery to make it a worthy gift for an inspirational teacher.

Weather woes

We'll always try to ensure you have a memorable time at Little Lodge, but there'll be days when high winds and lashing rain may make your visit memorable for all the wrong reasons! On days when the weather is a particular challenge we'll be closed - sorry.
